At Monte Alba Consulting, we take pride in delivering high-quality audio consulting, teaching, and mixing services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered once a service has been rendered or work has begun.

We encourage you to contact us with any concerns or questions before booking to ensure the service is right for your needs.

2. Consulting and Teaching Services

  • Scheduled Appointments: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

  • Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed sessions without notice, are non-refundable.

3. Mixing and Production Services

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your project in the queue.

  • Project-Based Refunds: Once work has started on a mixing or production project, we do not offer refunds. We do, however, include up to [2 or 3] revisions as part of the service to ensure satisfaction.

  • Final Delivery: After final files are delivered, no refunds will be granted.

4. Digital Products (if applicable)

If Monte Alba Consulting offers downloadable products (e.g., templates, courses, guides):

  • All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to their intangible nature and immediate access upon purchase.

5. Technical Issues

If you encounter a technical issue accessing a product or service, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue or provide a fair solution, which may include re-delivery, rescheduling, or credit toward future services.
