CLARITY AND CONNECTION
​Jesus was able to speak to multitudes of up to or more than 5000 people without any amplification which is a miracle that is often overlooked.

We naturally don’t have this ability, and in a room big enough to fit about 500 people, the sound from the altar with out help is barely able to travel and be intelligible. Let alone, a room or open field large enough to fit 5000 people. However, in a room that only seats 500 we want everyone to be able to clearly hear the spoken word and the songs of praise. We also want every one that connects to services online to have as much of a seamless audio experience as possible on which ever platform they are using to watch and we all know that if the audio isn't right it doesn't matter that the video is in 8k.

This is where audio systems and people managing those systems come into play. To provide a consistent and distraction free experience for the congregation. In this way we serve and support our brothers and sisters, our Pastors, and the worship team. Everyone has a roll in the Kingdom of GOD. Evangelists spread the gospel, teachers teach, worshipers worship, and we amplify his voice. We believe that sound is an integral part of the modern church.
OUR MISSION:

Born out of what we've learned through serving and the painful process of trial and error. Our goal is to help small to mid-sized congregations get to a point where every service and event has consistency, clarity and as little distraction as possible so that the congregation can connect to the praise and the message.

We realize that audio as important as it is, is often and overlooked either because of a lack of technical knowledge in this area or lack of people to take charge in this area which can be due to a lack of confidence in ability.

We want to help you get over those hurdles so that there isn't anything in the way of the Gospel being taught and his praise being sung.

Our Story
Hello, my name is Leo. I am one of the Co-Founders of Monte Alba Consulting and the FOH engineer at EL Gran Testimonio De Dios Church in Stockbridge, GA. This mission started when I realized that a lot of churches that don't have a big budget to hire professional sound engineers are depending on volunteers to run their audio dept. and a lot of times the sound tech (if there is one) is a member of the congregation who is just learning, doesn't have guidance and is completely overwhelmed trying to make everything work.
I've been working as a producer and audio engineer focused on urban and electronic music since 1999, learning the ropes and practicing my craft daily. When I came into the faith, I decided that I would dedicate my life to serving Jesus not only with my life but also with the talents and skills he gave me to create and work with music and audio. When my Pastor asked me to help the church with its In-House sound. I quickly realized that while a lot of my knowledge transferred over, I still had a lot to learn. Over the last 2-3 years I've been on a journey, relearning how to do something that I've been doing almost my entire life and it has been a challenge but a satisfying one and one that has helped me grow and understand spiritual things more deeply.

I would like to impart that knowledge, experience and spiritual growth to others in hopes that Kingdom teams can be built and trained, focused on one mission. As I learn and grow, my team learns and grows and my hope is that yours does too.
